Go Tournament
A showdown in the historic City of Flour and Sawdust. Come celebrate Go and participate in an AGA rated tournament in Minneapolis. Hosted by the Twin Cities Go Club and Co-sponsored by the University of Minnesota China Center this is an opportunity to play rated games, connect with Go players from the Midwest and compete in a tournament setting.
When: September 28th, 2024, Check-in at 8:30am, first match 9am
Where: University of Minnesota - Coffman Memorial Union - Presidents Room on 3rd floor
Format: McMahon Style pairing, Bonus Time Controls 25 Min Initial Time +10 seconds bonus time per move.
$25 registration fee, $20 for early registration before September 21st. $5 discount for students, youth, and mill workers. AGA membership is required. If you’re not already a member you can join online using their signup form.
Lunch will be available to order through the registration page. Also you’re free to bring your own lunch or patronize any of the nearby options on the UofM campus or nearby Dinkytown.
